Boot Camp Paleo Challenge resources
So our Memorial Boot Camp has just started their first Paleo Challenge! In the beginning it will prove to be challenging, getting past those cravings, dealing with some of the initial changes of cutting out those processed foods will be a shock for some. I promise you will feel amazing once you get past that initial phase, your energy won’t be on a roller coaster ride every day, it will be constant throughout, your performance will improve and you will lean out providing you follow the paleo prescription!
I’m sure some of you are nervous about this, what, with the fact that it’s not a diet about counting calories or blocks or points… Yes I am saying you eat until you are full, crazy huh.
No water, lemon juice and honey cleanses in this place! Eat lots of lean meat, lots of veggies, some fruit and some nuts and seeds and stay away from sugar! There are some resources on the right hand side of this page, but I will post some recipe websites and other cool jazz here.
